Too much moving around. Leaderships are moved constantly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The most raise your going to get in your yearly review is about 16 cents.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I wish we can have more time building a relationship as a team instead of being all about work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The work place feels like your in high school but it all depends on the department you work in and the supervisor. A team is a reflection of what type of supervisor you have.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has high expectations of their employees. This company is one the most successful health insurance in the world but they treat their employees like dirt. Unless you're a manager or a VP you're not paid well and they only offer catastrophic insurance. 3500 deductible pfft!
