Everything describes earlier. PTO is hard to use.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale. Positive affirmations. Nothing about the atmosphere is positive nor professional.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The morale is low because management is demanding, demeaning, uncaring, and only focused on getting their bonus no matter how it affects our livelihood.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Our manager treats us as robots instead of human beings. I feel demeaned, I cared for, and even our HR has not reflected a care in the world for our site’s reporting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives that aren’t governed by greedy supervisors. You earn quartlery bonuses for your performance that can be taken away by your supervisor for questionable reasons at all time including a two minute bathroom break they consider “using excessive company time”
