I love the job because it is work at home. I just hate continually fixing my coworkers mistakes

My manager really does listen to each of us and respects us as individuals

Just the lack of organization as well as training for employees and providers

I honestly feel they do not hire people who are capable of doing the best job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More job opportunities for those with higher degrees like MBAs that are in the higher age range. More work life balance
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was all by phone no face to face so I felt I was assessed to knowledge and not to looks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our insurance plan is not very good. Over priced and deductibles are too high and everything is a hassle if you need medical attention. Too many hoops to jump through.
