My overall experience is very positive. There are a few rough days but nothing a good night sleep can not fix.

The advocates are shown appreciation throughout the month for a good well done.

My team all works great together and get the job done quickly and efficiently.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The most common issue is that the members need better education about their own benefits
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I am able to get a premium discount by completing certain activities to better my own health.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was interviewed by several different people so that I was able to see the culture of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is pretty awesome as is but the one thing they could do better is listen to the advocates more and take more of their ideas seriously
