while working for optum I was happy and cared for, united health care does not care or value employees and I regret moving to the other side of the company.

actually showing employees that they matter and are cared for

making time to actually communicate with the team, proper training, communicating errors and mistakes in a timely manor

make sure that the person interviewing is easy to understand and the questions make sense, stop repeating questions

I feel like I am only a number in this company that can and would be replaced at any time

everyone looks out for themselves and will make sure management is aware of another's mistakes before taking accountability for theirs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not feel valued at all, if there is a personal issue I am facing my team does not care or worry, they only want to see production
