What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My work environment is pretty fast but not where you can't get things done. Its comfortable and low key.
What makes you most happy at work?
That its going to be a completely different day. I never have the same day twice, its not mundane.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super diverse and we are actually spread out in different states, we get along great and communicate very well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given all the information that I didn't know upfront. It was made clear what was expected of me and how my work day will go.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like for the area I live (high cost of living) and my experience and value I bring to my team, I feel like I could/should be paid more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leadership team is that they don't hover and they don't micro manage. One of the most stressful things in corporate america is being micro managed. I have tasks and things that I need to do each day and I am free to be a social butterfly while still being overly productive.
