It is extremely difficult to move up in this company, even if you have a number of degrees. Recruiters drop the ball, and your leadership discourages you from moving to higher positions even though they do everything they can to climb higher on their end.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am allowed to get my job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
company match, I wish they had a pension plan though.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes, most of them seem to have a jealous mentality and only want to work for their own betterment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be nice if we had better leadership, and not a leadership that encourages separation within the ranks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more down to earch. They have an attitude where they should not be contacted, or that they are better than everyone which causes stagnation in the company. Also, they do nothing to encourage promotional opportunities for persons they deem as their "non-favorites". A very caustic atmosphere.
