I've had an overall good work experience with the company, although the constant movement of roles and reporting structure is very disruptive to better employee satisfaction.

If I better understood what others at my level, with my experience, in a similar role, then I would have a better outlook on my value.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Trust is not at the forefront of our daily lives. Leadership needs to get out of the way and let the team do the work that's needed to satisfy the customer.
