Fast paced, hard workers, smart employees, flexibility can be great, good compensation. I have learned a lot at my time here. A lot of opportunity to move around the company and learn. But, you will need to live to work (as opposed to work to live).

I feel challenged often. I am pushed to do my best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Other benefits offered like legal assistance, serious illness insurance, cell phone discount, and more. Also, affordable dental and onsite wellness center.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The constant re-organizations and moving of teams makes it difficult to create any team effectiveness. There is not a ton of collaboration.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture and teams are very different depending on where you are at in the company. If you are in a good spot the culture is great and flexibility is very good. I worked from anywhere when I did not have meetings.
