What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have a culture committee trying to improve the environment at work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Once a month they will have public meetings and show their appreciation for employees. This is promptly forgotten after the meeting is done.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Shorten it up. I dont see why there needs to be 3 interviews , 1 test and 3 months of waiting to know if you are in
