Fairness, work distribution, work/life balance - LISTENING to employees, not just thinking about the bottom line

co-workers understand stress just like you, everyone knows employees are just numbers and are used until maxed out - know the company would LOVE to offshore more and save the $$$ no matter what that does to the country, or citizens here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More than a 1-2% raise each year. That for 15 yrs has been the average increase across the board - only way to get a raise is to change jobs. Manager and directors, VPs, etc. get mega-bonuses - rank and file lucky LUCKY to see over $2000
