Independent work that is self paced and great patients to work with.

Very easy conversation with personable management. I felt no pressure and very comfortable the entire time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Without question. They recently cut our compensation which will greatly impact our pay despite this company making money hand over fist during the pandemic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our immediate management is great. Beyond that, they are out of touch and seem unconcerned with anything beyond bottom line numbers and growth for the company and execs.
