Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Severely underpaying large amounts of workers at this point. They are not even able to compete at this time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is great and works well together. We are constantly learning new things but have organizational changes every 4 to 6 months.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is very good. My previous leadership and executive team were amazing. The new team that is working in OptumLabs is too new to rate yet but the culture has changed for the worse.
