
In my building you can’t believe a word they say. Most drivers have to fix They managements screw ups because the newly hired supervisors have never been a driver and do not have a clue what a driver does on a daily basis. They push off as much work on the driver as possible
It definitely depends on the upper and Lower mngmt. And their abilities to communicate and follow their own company safety standards.
Not the best. A lot of supervisors have no idea what they are doing

Very lazy and conniving try to put there job off on hourly
They don't listen. Only care how they look on paper.
