My team is cooperative amd believes in our insitutional mission. We all work together for a common goal and have a strong work ethic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a diverse environment where we can celebrate our differences, as well as our similarities. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute to success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued, always! But with the economy being what it is, id be grateful for our salaries to match the cost of living increases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the fact that my leadership team values my input, supports my professional growth and guides by example. I aleays feel heard, seen amd appreciated for the work i do. I also appreciate the positive encouragement and constructive commentary to always propel me further in my career goals.
