What do you like best about the leadership team?

Foresight into future progress of the institution.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Unified team that strives in collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Recognizing the need for change

What makes you most happy at work?

It's never a dull moment and learning something new everyday.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensated at or near the national average or at least getting paid comparable to the state's market. I am underpaid by ~12% when compared to others in the state and by 25% when compared nationally. These are "averages." Yet, I have vested interest that would make it irrational for me to leave.
