In my some 15 years, I have seen respectable progress in career development opportunities, quality of management, and mission focus. There is always more to do in improving quality of our workplace and I am excited to be involved in that.

The people invested in the mission of education, research, community engagement.

My team is competent, has a good work ethic, and enjoys working together to achieve our mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
50% are open to ideas, competent and effective leaders. The remaining 50% seem to be overwhelmed or self-serving. So they are balancing out right now.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we are given the respect for our role and freedom to perform, we can make other teams successful in their execution of the mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is not at the market rates, but is adequate when considered in light of an excellent PTO package, provided health care coverage, and decent options for supplemental benefits.
