What is the best part about your compensation package?

My salary was a significant raise over my most recent position at another organization.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The organization cares about the San Antonio community. It has been my experience that employees are treated with compassion.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together as a team. It isn't the best team I've been part of, but it is far from the worst.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My department's leadership team cares about the person, not just the job. I can't speak for anyone higher than my Director because I am not familiar with them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Medical benefits are horrible. What I pay for insurance for my family and the out-of-pocket expenses are way too high. Someday soon, someone will avoid going to the hospital in a life-or-death situation because they are concerned about the bills and not realize the seriousness of their illness.
