What do you like best about the leadership team?
The effort made to encourage life and work balance with flexibility because life happens yet still provide personnel with structure and support for working toward our strategic plans and goals for the future of the department and university.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The university being an HRI has the extra health perks that they can offer. Like the convenience of the Employee Clinic. Or all the extra benefits we get thru our UT System Telemedicine, Reduced copay discounts for in Network.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team as a whole are supportive, caring professionals that all work hard to meet our goals and university mission. Proud of our office staff and to our director who makes every effort to remind us a Life Balance between work and home is a healthy lifestyle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary Base Market Value for similar yrs of experience. The compensation range are a great tool, but after hire the range is irrelevant despite the years you continue to add and grow and progress in your role. Although grateful for the merit increase the cost of inflation each year surpasses that.
