Having some time around my co-workers even though it is remote working. The job itself it awesome.

they all are willing to learn. This is the best team we have had assembled in quite some time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe our executive leadership does well at listening to new ideas from subordinates. They are always opened to ways of doing things better.
