My leadership is fairly new so I don't have any real feedback at this time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a Supervisor receiving less pay compared to my Senior analyst. I have been a part of this organizaion for approximately 15 years. My work ethic, loyalty and dedication to growing with this organization should be valued. I feel I should be compensated as such.
