Clearer communication and transparence when it comes to let us know how they can help us as an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing what other organizations pay for our expertise and knowledge. It's very frustrating when I want to make UTH my preferred employer especially when I have invested so many years with UTH.
