I am extremely happy here, but would like to be paid fair market rate. I enjoy my team (except for 1 person within the department who clashes with everyone). I enjoy coming to work each day and during COVID lockdown missed the daily inperson interactions.

They truly seem to care about us as individuals as well as employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits and retirement are exemplary.There is also great status in working at UT.
What are some of the best things about your team?
9 out of 10 are absolutely the best, invested in the team and easy to work with. 1/10 ... not so much.
What makes you most happy at work?
My core group, the people I interact with most within the department. 9/10 of the staff make it extremely enjoyable and fun ... 1/10 not so much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid market rate, even tho I have brought up this subject numerous times. I have seen members of the opposite sex promoted and given increases in pay ... but not as many who look like me.
