Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Particularly, SON staff is underpaid in comparison to other schools like the SOM.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

No sure, but the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Andrea Marks, is not at all easy to work with or approachable/friendly.
