Mission driven culture, supportive, caring coworkers, great benefits. Seems like the institution is moving forward towards increasing work/life balance
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of smart and talented individuals that are kind, look out for each other and boost each other up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It makes me feel undervalued to get a great performance evaluation ("exceeds expectations") with a 2% increase. A fair salary that is appropriate to my experience and performance would make me feel better about my compensation.
