Our institution has problems like everyone else our size, but we are strong and motivated to succeed. We have a bright future, amazing benefits, and great people. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I am saying there is no place else I'd rather be.

I enjoy helping people find creative solutions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about each other personally. We feel like an extended family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our environment and attitude is always about making things better. It is positive and forward thinking. I love that!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leadership is caring and community focused. Even in the midst of the pandemic, our President and Dean assured us they would do everything possible to avoid layoffs - and they kept their promises. This is HUGE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is highest for those in HR and for those with MBA degrees (particularly that have a role in the revenue stream). Many of us are not even be considered for certain titles in spite having more than a decade of experience. Only select/favorite individuals qualify for exceptions.
