What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to leave. Or having a quiet day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our benefits are really good.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership. They only tear down employees, never build them up.

What are some of the best things about your team?

It reminds me of the military. Even though we're all miserable, we do it together and that kind of bonds us sometimes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary has always been close to the starting pay. Everytime I got a raise, they would increase the starting salary. New hires would be making the same as me even though I have great performance reviews.
