What are some of the best things about your team?
Even on a mostly remote team I have built great relationships. I have never been afraid to ask for help or ask a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They constantly look for new ways to improve both workflow and overall happiness. I can address an issue I am having and count on a follow up meeting being scheduled without having to push on it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun! Even in large meetings there is a lot of involvement and opportunity to laugh. There is also a culture of recognition and it is great to be acknowledged for hard work as well as getting to celebrate others for their projects.
