Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like compensation is lacking compared to other organization/companies. It is hard for this company to maintain attractive in the market to attract quality workers with low compensation. Having certifications & a masters degree just to earn the same as a retail worker with a diploma is not ok.
