First of all just good, solid people! People with empathy and compassion. People who want to do good. People who are truth-seekers and have an interest in improved wellness and community. We support one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the work-life balance afforded with ample PTO and holidays during the year, along with great insurance and now family leave. I do not feel like I am micromanaged and have flexibility to use my time as needed as long as I get my job done.
