Working autonomously and making my physicians and directors happy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I completely enjoy my director and physicians. They are a great group of people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy the students in the building. The energy and positive outlook of the youth is uplifting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
