Great benefits and understanding of others, to a point. I'm proud to be working at UT Health, but to be hones, pay is not good.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together very well and genuinely like helping out each other when one needs help or assistance with any thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of what I am paid for having a bachelor's degree. I'm sorry but 2% pay increase does not cover cost of living increase and is not an incentive to stay at UT Health.
