We have an inverted organization structure where management is at the bottom of the hierarchy pyramid and supports everyone throughout the company...very different from any other organization that I have been a part of.

Our culture is best defined, in my opinion as "relaxed professional". We all strive to deliver top quality solutions, but leadership also recognizes that we are people and sometimes we have to step out and take care of things.

VALiNTRY makes it fun to come to work. We always have music playing, events showing on our office TVs, and cold brew coffee on tap!

When you work at VALiNTRY the leadership is genuinely vested in developing you. The saying "train your employees so they are good enough to leave, but treat them so well they won't" is absolutely true here. VALiNTRY has allowed me to step outside of my daily role and develop in areas of my choosing.
