The people, and the product. I love who I work with, the product we support, and the vision we're working toward.

Our leadership team as a whole does a great job about being present and supporting the Volvo Cars culture here in the US.

The comradery within our team is very solid. My team takes a genuine care in the well-being of each other, both personally and professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Volvo is very welcoming and caring. The Swedish word "Omtanke" is embodied in our culture, meaning that we have a genuine care, consideration, and mindfulness as our approach to success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The CBV-CD vehicle lease program. There's nothing more satisfying and beneficial than knowing that my immediate family members can all participate in the program, and I can rest assured knowing they're all kept safe on the road in new Volvos that they can comfortably afford - I'm extremely thankful.
