Started off well and has gone steady downhill
What are some of the best things about your team?
They treat me like a person. Genuine interest in how I feel and what i do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we try to do well most of the time, unfortunately its not flowing all the way down
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, getting involved ans understand what we do day to day and thr impact their decisions have on our ability to doniur job well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boss never recognizes my work, nags on small details instead of looking at the big picture and never goes to bat for us. My counterparts at other companies make twice what I make.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of talk and no action. We say were going to do things but nothing happens. Its hard to keep a team motivated when the company and our managers treat us like the red headed step child
