The overall experience has been positive for me. I have been fortunate enough to have had extraordinary managers to help me grow at work and outside of work. There is something to be said about the positive Volvo culture I have been part of from my interactions with the different teams.

The collaboration amongst the team. I am able to lean on my team at any given point. The team is always willing to help each other to achieve any goal.

The leadership team is always encouraging, ensuring I have what is needed to perform my tasks, they care about me as a person. I can say the leaders in my department have been instrumental in my growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very closely with one another. My team does not hesitate to work together to solve any opportunity that is presented to us. If one of us is struggling we come together to find a solution.
