Volvo is a great brand with limitless potential. But we need to organize ourselves to be faster, retain talent and be innovative - we are not currently organized to do this. Must nurture and lean into subject matter experts. Celebrate those that challenge the norm, not reject them as "difficult"

our receptionist is always pleasant.. and so are the IT team

Being part of a company that does good for the world. Being able to lead and innovate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to organize ourselves better, allow for true ownership of projects. Eliminate the hierarchical culture. Better food in the cafeteria so it becomes a place that people cannot stay away from - becomes the center of social for employees.
