The company is great, many of the people are great. As with everything, there are ups and downs, but the average is very good.

My experience is a good one. You always have complainers and people who aren't happy, but overall, I think that the energy of the employees at Volvo is great.

My experience is good. The people are friendly, caring, and devoted. I like coming to work, like the pace, but don't like the bureaucracy and how slow digital moves. Myself and others also feel a lack of interest in our employees from some people in PX.

The ability to get a company lease.

I like that they are approachable

My team, and some of the amazing people that I work with.

Adding value to customers, dealers, and the bottom line. I also like the pace.

The company does nice things for the environment, for good causes, and cares about it's people.

I'm happy to have the freedom to innovate, always improve and do better. Also, I like our office.

The best thing is that each person cares about their job and responsibility. It's refreshing to know that. They also seem to care about their employees.

I like that they are approachable, honest as much as they can be, listen to all levels of employees, and know that a little fun is also good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive part about Volvo is that we are encouraged to "do the right thing". Although this is hard at times when we exist to earn a profit, its encouraged and supported.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my AEMT member is a genuine and invested person who clearly cares about Volvo, about our work, and about our team while doing a good job managing a challenging dynamic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am most happy with the PTO offered and this allows for a combination of a true vacation (which is not relaxing, but is fun), and time to decompress and truly rest. I don't feel like I need to sacrifice the fun trips to find time to spend with family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know what people make in this industry, and in others as well through a large friend group. I also know that the same effort and that I deliver at VCUSA and same skill set would allow me to each 20-30% more in the local area. I am devoted to the brand, but it is very unfortunate that we pay less.
