Overall, it's good. I think I can be my best self but still acclimating and trying to get better. I think navigating the different personalities and expectations can be challenging at times but I'm trying my best to learn and adapt.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility seems to be pretty good.
What makes you most happy at work?
The auto industry is very interesting to me and I'm glad to be working in it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise salaries to keep in step with inflation and also to retain/attract talent. Make 401K match 100% instead of 60%.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People are rather cliquey and while they are generally nice in the beginning it is hard to break through to be part of the community (eg., people dont say hello or make eye contact even after you've already met them). There's no sense of inclusion. My immediate group is good though.
