The company was great at one point in time, I am talking about the digital department. However, now there is so much politics it has created a toxic environment. The head and directors promote it. Really bad.

People who have been here for a long time make the difference. The new crew is not that great.

Treat people as people and promote hard workers and not the talkers who have nothing to show for. Thank the hard workers.
