Good people, seem to truly care about the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus opportunities would be the largest benefit in the package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcoming and seemingly excited about the mission - all employees seem to understand the goals of Volvo and work to achieve them!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think our Customer Service team is just a friendly and welcoming group - honestly all employees in Mahwah have been, as far as I have seen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is fair and understands the day by day life of it's employees. They demand support and hardwork but are also flexible and understanding!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the positivity at our office - It's an extremely exciting time and I think that's noticeable from the moment you walk in the front doors!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the bonus structure is a huge perk. I came from the government where minimal to no bonus was paid, and I think a year's worth of work warrants the bonus for the company's employees!
