Tackling new projects and problems each day. As well as my work improving the quality of life of my coworkers and stakeholders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no cost of living adjustments, only merit increases. Of which, are not nearly matching the pace of inflation. Raises should be cost of living (inflation) raise + a merit (3-5%) raise.
