Our leadership team shows themselves as transparent and approachable by all levels of the company.

There are many good people with good intentions and skillsets throughout the various business units of the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall, the general feeling is that most business units throughout the company are stretched incredibly thin resulting in a mostly reactive rather than proactive response to problem solving.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of resources to properly execute on responsibilities. All teams within the company seem to operating with seemingly little to no margin in-regards to human capital to severely limit the ability to absorb and deal with new issues or areas of focus without previous tasks or issues falling off.
