Being able to take a problem that someone considers HUGE and show them its easy to fix if you use a different perspective and potentially learn from it

They are all very transparent, straightforward; and understanding. They Treat everyone as an individual and recognize people for their strengths and areas of improvement while encouraging team mentality. Couldn't ask for more
