What do you like best about the leadership team?
Volvo is a human-centric company who does their best to ensure that everyone is equally treated. No one person or company is perfect. There are always flaws. However, our company strives for continual improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Newly hired employees as well as men are still paid higher than women. Nothing has been done to address the disparity between the pay structure of men and women. Older women in the company were not blessed to receive today's family bonding benefits or new hire equal pay. Their pay is stagnant.
