Helping others improve their knowledge levels and open their minds to new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels like some members of the leadership team are more interested in saying the thing you want to hear rather than the truth when the truth isn't as popular of an idea.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was compensated appropriately in accordance with my skill level with my team. I have discovered that there are members in the department with less skills and knowledge that are compensated better.
