
As a whole it's an awesome company to work for, in the region we have constant communication and what is expected of us is always known. I believe that the focus on creating a positive and successful culture is priority number one !

I feel like they are personable and accessible, the fact that I can walk upstairs and give feedback directly to the executives is a huge benefit to all of us as a company !
The people and the coffee. The work is great too, but given we have a choice to work from home, everyone who comes in is coming in to find collaboration and to have a space that gives them positive focus.
The culture is in this company allows for everyone to be 100% themselves, and that creates a fun work dynamic at the office. Also we have a great Fika Bar now and the lunch room has really turned into a meeting of the minds during the mid-day, so that's awesome too !
