Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
As a whole it's an awesome company to work for, in the region we have constant communication and what is expected of us is always known. I believe that the focus on creating a positive and successful culture is priority number one !
What makes you most happy at work?
The interactions I have with people and when we are in "creative mode" thinking about the future and problem solving !
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super accessible, no-one is living in an ivory tower, any person at any level in the company has access to their knowledge and experience !
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great group of people who are very diverse in their thinking, so it creates a fun dynamic that allows for exchanging on ideas and personal growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our relationships with each other and the support system. I would also say the team building events we do with our colleagues and families (ie. Westpoint, CX Summit etc)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are strong and there is a ton of access programs to help maintain a healthy body and mind. Also, being a car company, we have some amazing vehicle perks too !
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they are personable and accessible, the fact that I can walk upstairs and give feedback directly to the executives is a huge benefit to all of us as a company !
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the coffee. The work is great too, but given we have a choice to work from home, everyone who comes in is coming in to find collaboration and to have a space that gives them positive focus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is in this company allows for everyone to be 100% themselves, and that creates a fun work dynamic at the office. Also we have a great Fika Bar now and the lunch room has really turned into a meeting of the minds during the mid-day, so that's awesome too !
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that were and unified, we support each other, we are very much made up of people with different expertise and we share that knowledge to fill in all the gaps. All around we just have a killer team !! Our management teams gives us the freedoms to be our unique selves #NORTHEASTRISEUP !!
