What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very collaborative and work well together. Most communicate well and have the same goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think work life balance holds more value in the compensation package as well as the vacation days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do there best to communicate the needs and fixes for our vehicles, but it is not well executed on a global scale. We provide the feedback from resources in everyway and have information to back up claims.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally i have been in my position for 5 years now and verbally have communicated with my manager to give me more challenge me and I feel i am not being used to my greatest potential. I just feel like i do grunt work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very people focused and family oriented. Now with 2 kids I like working for a place where you are a parent first and then an employee which is very important to me and the same for my coworkers who have children. The environment is very friendly never hostile.
