The culture with-in our quality team is Volvo blue 110%. We respect each other and collaborate when ever needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the great office space we have in Ridgeville. The Jakob office still needs to be Volvoized, still a little bland.

The care and compassion they show for each other and our company. Our team is very professional, and I enjoy their personal opinions and feedback.
