Great culture filled with very talented people eager to work hard and make changes to build a great company. I do feel there is a lack communication, structure and planning. Especially around personnel changes and at times it feels like multiple teams are working on the same or similar tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are curious, driven and goal focused. They collaborate well and I love when everyone jumps in to help. Amazingly talented team!
What makes you most happy at work?
People and lunchtime. I love that the Volvo culture promotes leaving your desk and sitting with colleagues. Great way to form relationships!

I love having multiple places to work. There is always a place to work that fits the mood, the focus or the collaboration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus - I love feeling like I'm part of a bigger picture. What I do, makes an impact and all of our hard works is shared through out the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens and supports ideas to make an impact on our business processes and our teams. The leadership team is very accessible and I always feel like there is an open line of communication. Sometimes we find the best solutions through candid conversation.
